When to tell my little girl???

Hey guys I'm almost 8 weeks I really want to tell my 4 year old she's been wanting to be a big sister for over a year now it's literally all she talks and thinks about, she even prays about God making her a big sister! Do you think it's to early to tell her?? I really don't want anyone else to burst the secret to her. Thoughts please?????

I have a 5 & 3 year old and am currently 13weeks pregnant. We told my kids around 10weeks after we had another ultrasound to make sure everything was good..I feel like since anything at anytime can technically go wrong during pregnancy you should tell them when you feel it's right. My only advice is to try to think about how you would explain if God forbid something bad ended up happening. Good luck!

We told my daughter when I was only 5 weeks, a few weeks later she decided to tell her dance class teacher and the teacher came out and congratulated my parents about the news in front of the dance class, luckily I had told my parents haha

I'm 11+5 weeks and the only ppl that know I'm pregnant is myself my husband and the docs we r waitin to tell anyone else untill after our first scan when we will tell our 4 year old so we have the pic to show her to make it a bit more real
That way we will also no everything is ok I had a lot of bleedin already through this pregnancy and have had to have 2 emergency scans

Roll on the 29th I can't wait to see my little girls reaction xx

Is the pregnancy going good?  If so I'd go for it!  Your at 8 weeks and if things are going good I'd tell her!  You don't want her to hear from someone else!  Congrats!!!

We told our then 4 year old when we told everyone. She would have been a big blabbermouth about it (which she was as soon as we told her) because she had also wanted to be a big sister for a long time. It was SO hard not to tell her, but we didn't want everyone to know (besides immediate family) until 12 weeks and she definitely would have blabbed to everyone before then had we told her. If you don't mind word getting out, tell her. If not, I'd wait until you're comfortable with the whole world knowing (because they will!).
