I have had a massage scheduled for Tuesday for about two months now. I just took a bunch of tests last week and this app puts me about 7 weeks. I don't have a doctors appt till march 7 but I read that during the first trimester they don't recommend massages. Is this true?  Should I ask the massage therapist even though I haven't even gotten doctors confirmation yet?  Thank you
