😵 Severe back pain!!! 😵
26 weeks and my back is in excruciating pain when I sleep and after walking for a few hours. What are some remedies you ladies have had success with?!
I have a brand new mattress, I've slept in the spare room on the mattress, I've tried a heating pad, I've taken warm baths...notttthing helps.
