Pain in your stomach like you were holding your pee?

I've been having that sort of pain when I stretch or something. Anyone else? I'm going to e.r today because I'm very dehydrated but that's a different thing. Anyone else experienced this pain and know what it is? I'm 12 weeks

Is it a sudden pain, almost like a rubber band snapping? That's happened to me when sitting up fast and especially sneezing. Round ligaments are stretching to accommodate the uterus which causes them to be strained more easily.
