Cramps while pregnant?! Help

Ok I am having some really bad pain in my lower right side almost feels like my ovary or something. Like now the pain is shooting back to my back it feels almost like a really bad pinch.... no bleeding or anything I am 4 weeks and 3 days I need some advice please is this normal? Anyone having similar pains?

Yeh I've been having cramps or pressure on and off. I've noticed the more active I am the more pressure in my ovary area. It could be just normal stretching inside. I have no spotting either. Try not to stress! I'm just letting my body and God do his work! Whatever will be will be!

I actually started off this week with period like cramps ...and no period. Hence why I took six tests lol. Then yesterday the pain was more focussed on my lower right section-my ovary if I could pin point it. I got a bit concerned so I went to the doctor-he told me it's totally normal as your uterus is expanding and pushing on other things. That being said-my pains weren't severe just felt like cramps that I sometimes get during my period. Hope that helps :)
