I've been talking vitex since August & they seem to be doing more harm than good. Heard it takes time for them to work but my cycles have gotten even longer since taking them, 45-65 day cycles. Was 35 days but would be longer at times & completely skip a month! I'm very irregular & wanted to try something natural before taking meds to help. I stopped taking them a few days ago. Am I not giving them enough time to work? Looking for other experiences with this herb. Just a note I was not having regular periods.
