I hate with a passion taking pills I can't digest it right. I get nauseous and throw up when I take them or even think about them. My family I can tell gets irritated with having to keep warming up my water for my stomach and my heating pad is in storage ( yep I'm all types of screwed ) and I don't eat so food won't help. I can go a whole week without eating .... ( only when I'm on my period) so I need another method because missing school is not a move especially now that I'm a senior and have a few months till graduation. HELP 😟😞
