How do you feel about these? Do you think they are the same or different? Do you think it's right that white people can go to an HBCU for free? Do you think HBCUs are the answer to PWIs?

How do you feel about HBCUs and PWIs overall?

I'm sorry there are a lot of questions but I'm just wondering.

Edit: HBCU- Historically Black college/university. PWI- predominantly white institution
