Am I having a miscarriage??

I am 6w2d. A week ago I fainted at work, I have had really bad morning sickness, and cramping. I noticed redish brown blood when I wiped yesterday. After a er trip. They said my levels were great. The babies heart beat is 119bpm. My cervix is closed. But I am still in pain and still have brownish spoting. What is going on?

I was told it was just my placenta growing into my uterine lining. I know I left work in a hurry when I first saw it- never want to experience that panic again.

It could just be bleeding cause by the baby burying deeper into the womb. Unless it's bright red, I wouldn't worry too much.

I had cramps and brownish spotting off and on until 14 weeks. If it turns bright red then I would worry. Good luck!

As far as being dizzy & lightheaded I've had this my whole pregnancy & have been told it's due to rising progesterone & drops in blood pressure & it drink more water. As far as the bleeding I never had this. I've heard dark blood means old blood & as long as it isn't filling a pad it should be okay, but I'd be looking for a second opinion. I worry so much as it is.
