Good debates

In the CC room are being deleted. I assume it's because it's a default group and the majority of the women who join are surprised to see such topics. Is there any way to take it off a default group and instead advertise it? Great debates are being deleted because people are overly sensitive. The age filter doesn't work and neither does the block option on top of that. What can be done?
