Slight tmi, PLEASE COMMENT!

Somebody told me that this mabye a cyst? Not what I was wanting to hear I just want to get other opinions on this, I turned 21 on 15th Feb, I was getting brown stickyish discharge in my underwear and when I wiped it was brown, AF isn't due for another 3 days and I'm 10dpo, this is what I had today the picture below but I've been experiencing this for the past 4-5 days only when wiping, please help me and tell me what this could be!?!
