I took a pregnancy test on Valentine's Day at 4am , it was positive. I was in disbelief, So I took my second pregnancy test at 9am, it was positive. I'm so excited, this is my first pregnancy.. I'm also very nervous. I am in the hospital because I have been experiencing pains every night. The abdominal pain hurts, it wakes me right up out of my sleep. And when I'm up in the middle of the night , I'm literally STARVING. Like I haven't ate for months!! & my stomach growls so loud, it sounds like monsters are in there. I'm now going into my Ultrasound to see if my babies are okay. Pray for me & the twins please!!!!!👶🏽👶🏽🙏🏽
