Outfit for an important job interview.

I've landed an interview with an awesome insurance company for one of their summer student positions. I have an interview this coming Friday and I am a bit torn on which to wear.

I'm leaning towards the pants because I love how tailored the whole look is... But the dress is just really fun. I was wondering what you guys thought :) thanks in advance!
