It looks like eczema or something similar. Try using raw organic coconut oil, my husband has psoriasis and I use that on him. Its all natural so no nasty chemicals, I cook with it and use it as a bump moisturiser, Tbh I use it on everything lol.

I've gotten a few of them, mine are definitely eczema. I've had eczema forever but pregnancy has seemed to bring it about more. I put a&d on it once a day and normal lotion and it's helped a lot. I still have spots but they aren't nearly as itchy.

I have similar spots. My doctor said its eczema. I let mine get really bad and had to use a topical steroid to clear it but most of the time staying moisturized is sufficient.

Have you ever had chicken pox? It kinda looks like shingles virus,  but then again it could be some kind of rosheasa

It may be eczema or psoriasis? It is a little tough to tell in the photo, but it looks like it may me. A really easy way to take care of it is to get some baby oil and put it in a spray bottle. As soon as you get out of the shower or bath, spray the spots with the baby oil. My husband gets these on his feet and the baby oil seems to do the trick!

Thank you everyone I've had eczema as a child and up until my last pregnancy 7 years ago so sounds like it's raising its ugly head again with these comments so thank you all.. I will get oils and see if I can stop them flairing up as I have woke up with them on my arms etc now! Wow the joys of pregnancy! x
