Butt cramps..?

When I sleep on my side for a long period of time I start getting hip discomfort and then my butt starts to cramp.. Anyone else experiencing this?

Sleep with a good pillow between your knees!

Omg. My butt down to my lower hip flexors. I really thought I was the only one. I always have a pillow. I have to change sides constantly and then I make my husband rub it when I get up!

Yea I get this everyday. It's sciatica and it sounds like it's just gonna get worse
