Is it too late??
I went into this pregnancy with the best intentions. I was in a daily exercise routine (21 day fix), eating very healthy, and drinking tons of water. At 7 weeks exhaustion and nausea hit and I let pregnancy be an excuse to slack. I am 26 weeks, gained 33lbs! I want to start low impact exercise and modify my diet, to as much clean eating as possible.
Too late to introduce weights and slowly add in cardio?
