Sorry for the post and pictures but please can someone help me😖 my skin is so bad, I know it's normal for some and natural but it looks discusting and it's causing me physical pain 😭😭, they hurt so much.. Is there anything you can recommend or anything I could get from the doctors or skin dermatologist  ? I have tried a series of antibiotics from the doctors... And they don't work... I'm italian and take after my dad and have oily skin.. my dad has break outs too but I need help. It's causing me pain and making me very self concious ..  Ps they don't look as bad as they acctually are...
