VAGINAL BURNING

Sometimes when I'm on my period, my vagina tends to burn really badly. This time, though, I feel so uncomfortable. I had really tough sex 2 days before my period that hurt and my vagina was burning after, and I never urinate after sex. My period ended yesterday and I'm still burning while I pee, especially after I wipe. It doesn't go away until after 5-10 minutes, but right after that, I have to urge to pee again. Will somebody try to explain what it could possibly be? I hope it's not an STD because then that'll mean my boyfriend is cheating.
