Epidural = headaches??!

Has anybody had an epidural and are experiencing headaches? I had an emergency C Section and everytime i laugh or cough too hart my head hurts sooo bad 😫😩 like its intense!!  IDK what to do, my dr cant see me until friday!

Have the headaches been consistent since delivery? Chances are it is more likely from being sleep deprived and your body coping with changing hormones.

I haven't had this, but I have had very tight neck/upper back muscles from lifting my heavy baby (17 lbs) and breastfeeding.  I'm wondering if maybe you might be experiencing the same? Maybe try to get a massage or see a chiropractor. It could be a nerve being compressed by your muscles?
