Twins and soo much nausea

Just found out we are pregnant, and then with twins. 6 weeks and 2 days along and the past week has been 24/7 nausea. We have a long road ahead, anyone have suggestions on making the nausea more bearable?? I need some help on getting through the 9 hr work day. Riding on the struggle bus.... :p
