Pelvic Pain

I went to the hospital yesterday for pain in my stomach and back with this being my first pregnancy I don't really know what to expect but they told me its just early ligament pain do to my stomach stretching but I feel like my daughter stay on my pelvic which causes so much pain I was wondering what I could do to somewhat ease the pain in my stomach it sometimes can become really painful Any advice would be lovely 💯
