I have not had actual sex since June. I'm on birth control but I started it again 2 months ago because I didn't have it for a little while. However my boyfriend and I tried anal which I was 98% sure nothing dripped down but I heard there is a chance I could get pregnant from that. That was a month ago. And last weekend my boyfriend fingered me but whipped his hands off first, he said he was sure there was nothing on his hands but he was worried I could have gotten pregnant from that. I got my period on Friday but it's light and spotty and I'm only crampy sometimes which isn't like me it's usually heavy and hurts so bad. I'm just nervous, should I be? 😥

If you're that sure that nothing dripped down and he wipes his fingers first I wouldn't be that worried. You may want to take a test to find out for sure/ease your mind. Sperm can't live outside of the body very long either. Your period may be late because you are stressing about it as well
