So i was going to be induced on friday, feb 19th and i was kind of nervous, but lord and behold my boy and his timing. I went into labor 5am thursday. 🙄 my fiance was begging me, to go natural, what with the epidural being complicated on my first pregnancy, so i was like ok. Truthfully? I was able to deal with my contractions cold turkey from 3-6cm, and then my water broke before i asked for IV meds to take the edge off. 
Then it happened, the pain came and my fiance willingly sacrificed his hands to be squeezed, my mother and sister in law talked me through contractions, which to me seemed to have gotten more and more painful that my eyes saw white. I wasnt even keeping track of my dilations after that. Then out of nowhere my doctor came in like a BOSS, checked me and said i was 10! And i was to start pushing! "You GOT THIS" she said. My fiance: "C'mon babe you aint no punk!" Pushed out my baby boy in 4 hard tries. 8 pounds 6 ounces. Mr Ian Preston Burns
