Stretchy clear discharge

Okay lady's I need help, I went to the store came back and had really big blob of stretchy clear discharge on my tp after wiping, I took ovulation test and it still wasn't a positive. Had dark control line but medium surge line.Mabey because it's a dollar store one? Looked it up and it says ovulation discharge, mabey? Have been taking the ovulation tests since the 17th and still have yet to have a peak day.... help??
