Talked (via text cause we met online) for about 2 weeks. Met up later that week, hung out and talked for a week, and started officially dating at the end of said week.

If you're looking for more than "talking " (whatever the hell that means) you should honestly communicate that with him. Not overtly, but in a "What are you looking for right now? Something casual or serious?" kind of way.

Generally, lots of stalling means uncertainty or lack of interest in pursuing anything more than what you already have

Haha, I don't get this. I don't understand why some girls need their man to verbally say they're official. I feel like once you reach a v certain age, you both kind of just know if you're exclusive or not.
