Can anyone help

Me and my SO had sex last night he ejaculated and all the extra came out after a little while... I go to use the bathroom about 6pm pst. When I wiped it looked like I had EWCM does this mean I ovulated and what are the possibilities of getting pregnant if I did ovulate? Me and my SO have been trying....
