Anyway, I consider myself a minimalist so believe me when I say BUY the boppy pillow.  Or not. I LOVE it. Helps me out so much and makes it more comfortable which is making me feel more confident in breast feeding. We are currently having our longest breast feeding session since before we got separated. Usually I feed her for 3 min then she wants the bottle as my milk flow is not too strong. We are now 15 min in and I'm about to switch her to my other breast. I revived it as a gift and I didn't buy a pillow case for it. I am using a cozy blanket to keep my baby warm and comfortable while keeping keeping the pillow clean.
