I recently happened upon the site beautifulcervix.com and decided I wanted to look at my own cervix. I just wanted to share these pictures and encourage any other women to do it themselves as well.. It's very useful in actually seeing when you ovulate, as you can see your cervix opening. The first picture is before I ovulated. The last two were taken during the two days that I suspect I ovulated. The fluid you see pooling in the bottom of the last two is seminal fluid (both were taken after sex). The only difference is that I walked to the bathroom with the middle picture and most if it ran down my leg. (Gross, sorry.) All you need is a speculum (got mine on Amazon for around $10 for a pack 10), a mirror and a flashlight or camera!
