Two months of trying almost twice a day

Okay so for two months I have been trying to get pregnant with my love and we have sex like every day. I've had my period twice. I know I'm not infertile my bf has a small lump in his scrotum he is getting checked tomorrow could he be infertile cuz of it I mean it doesn't seem to be attached and it doesn't bother him I'm worried but regardless even if he is not fertile all I can do is pray
