Crohns flare possible blockage?

Question

Currently 18w5d and am in hospital for horrible abdominal pain on lower right side. Had an ultrasound and found I have a loop in my small bowel, they also think I'm in the start of a flare but bloods show no inflammation ( no surprise there I swear bloods lie ) 
Has anyone else had this and what did they do to help treat you and I know we can't have CT scans or X-rays and surgery is last resort?? 
Feeling very nervous and sad right now. :(

I'm having issues with mine now. I found out recently I had an abscess with infection in my hip due to a possible leak of stool. It all started from being extreme constipated. I have a drainage tube right now to help rid the infection

I'm not sure if you have had an obstruction before or not but bowel rest with nothing to eat or drink is usually what they would do to see if the situation resolves itself. Maybe a possible NG tube. My GI specializes in ob patients and increased the frequency of my remicade. My mfm  was very concerned about watching symptoms for obstruction and perforation. I would just make sure they keep you until you feel 100% better since they can't do the scans which sucks. Good luck.
