Best and worst night ever! I started having contractions that afternoon nothing serious or consistent. When we went to put our 3 kids to bed my husband and I decided that I would go in after they were all asleep bc contractions were picking up and I hve a history of fast labors. At 826 I suddenly felt a leak. I sent a message yielding my husband that I thought my water broke.  Well wen I stood up I gushed but it was blood. I screamed and told him to dial 911.  I called my dad and he called his dad.  They were at my house in under 10min. Ambulance was taking too long so our neighbor an RN came over. Finally the ambulance showed up. I had not felt baby move since I had gushed and was terrified I lost her.  It was the longest ride ever to the hospital. When I finally heard a heart beat I screamed I was so relieved. After we found out she was ok they checked me and I was 4cm dilated the bleeding then stopped and we proceeded w labor as normal. Our little drama queen made her entrance at 2:02 on 2-22  8lb 3oz 20in long. I'm so relieved she's here and healthy. My health is also perfect. The dr just chalked it up to a fluke and isn't a bit worried.
