Unbearable pain!!!

I started my period today and for the 1st time in my life im in unbearable pain. Im dizzy , im using 6 tampons per hour ( normaly i would use about 5 a day). I tried 3 different pain meds its not helping im at work and dont know what els to do!!! Can someone please give me advise as to how i can make it stop !!!
