Light Pink Spotting?

Anyone else around 5/6 weeks experience random light pink spotting? I had it once last night and nothing since then. I'm waiting on a call back from my doctor but just looking for some stories to help calm my nerves. Thanks!

I just found out I am pregnant this morning and have light pink spotting with cramps ! Spotting is normal but no bright red !

I have started spotting today. light pink this morning now brown. So worried 😯
