No Period

Hi all

I fell pregnant in October 2015. I'm 41 years old and this was my first pregnancy.

Unfortunately I miscarried and after some initial scares, my miscarriage was nothing out of the unfortunate norm.

I had a D&C in December but I haven't had a period since.

Although around the time my periods are normally due post pregnancy I've been in extreme pain. I've suffered from endometriosis but had laser treatment in July and fell pregnant very quickly after.

We went to see out fertility doctor who said to leave it another month but he also said I could still try and get pregnant although I'm not having a period. Does anyone know if this it true?

I do believe I'm still ovulating

I'm writing this as this is the 3rd month, I'm in extreme pain and at my wits end.
