Braxton Hicks Contractions??

Hey everyone! This will be my rainbow baby and the farthest ive ever gotten so I really dont know what contractions or anything feels like.

Well last week (25 weeks along) I was sleeping and I woke up to roll over and my sides cramped up sooo badly and my back was cramping and also my lower abdomin felt like a lot of pressure too. I went to the bathroom to try and pee to see if that was it and it didnt really help. I stayed up and stretched out and walked a little and it helped but when I laid down it came back. Ive been trying to read up on Braxton Hicks Contractions and it seems thats what was happening but im not sure. I have an appointment Friday and ill ask my OBGYN but I was just wondering if any of you could help tell me what it might be too. Thanks!

From what I know and experience myself BH contractions are not painfull at least not until 32/35 weeks and they feel only like pressure  , your stomach become hard but they desapear soon or when you change your position

Braxton hicks are normally painless as this stage and like someone else described a random tightening of the lower stomach. What you describe sounds more like round ligament pain. I've had it after a quick stretch in the night, woken up with intense cramp/stitch like pains across my uterus. Also happened when I tried to get out of bed quickly one morning. It was similar to a normal round ligament pain (which is normally a quick cramp after a cough or sneeze) but went on quite a bit longer. All in all, very normal for 25 weeks and shows your uterus is growing to accommodate a healthy growing baby! 💗❤️

For me Braxton Hicks don't hurt. I just feel my tummy tighten up on its own. I feel a hard ball then it relaxes. If Ure in labor, ull feel that plus back pain. When u flipped over, u might have pulled a ligament/muscle. That's y it felt good when u were stretching it out. And/or baby could have been laying on a nerve causing u back pain. Let me know what drs says.

I thought I had a few BH contractions I'm 31 weeks &2 days. Ok honestly I didn't know what it was but it was like 3 very intense pains in my lower back and my mom said it was BH but after some research online they say you can't expierence BH in your back? That was about 3 weeks ago and nothing since so I'm not sure what to think
