On 2/12 (my due date) I had an appointment and my Dr told me that he didn't think I was close by any means. He swept me and sent me on my way. A few hours later I started having contractions and a few hours later they started getting worse. I went on a walk with my husband and mil. By the time we headed back I could hardly walk. Well got back to the house and I took a bath to see if it would slow anything down. Nope!!!! So between 11-midnight I had my husband take me to the hospital.

They checked me as soon as I was changed they asked me what I was dialated to at my Dr's appointment which was 2.5. Well the hospital staff told me I was between 5.5-6 and was admitted. I opted for drugs as soon as I could get them. Well a few hours later they checked me again and I was at a full 10!!!! Less than 3 hours later I was holding my son. I pushed for about 2 hours. Ended up needing an episiotomy for his 14 inch head.
