Over thinker
Hi ladies. I'm here to give a quick rant lol. I'm quite social but an over thinker. I turn simple situations into volcanoes in my thoughts. For instance, if I'm used to my mother in law laughing and sharing small talks with me, and one day she doesn't talk much or seem annoyed, I tend to think she hates me, is not happy I'm with her son or is getting tired of me. My question is how do you deal with Overthinking? It's affecting my life a great deal. 😢
