Groin pain

As anyone else had what feels like a pulled muscle in their crotch area? It's not stabbing but more like a dull irritating ache. Like a pulled muscle. My little girl is still moving up a storm so I don't feel worried about her. Just a little uncomfortable. It's the worst at might when I turn over or get out of bed. Just curious if anybody else has had this? Thanks!
