Do you test from your last ovulation day or first ovulation day. So for example if I ovulate 14th to the 21st and had unprotected sex on the 17th when is the soonest I can test? Will it be 10 days after the 14th, 10 days after the 17th or 10 days after the 21st?

Best to wait until day af is due.. do you know what day you for sure ovulated on?
Some girls get readings a few days before af is due. Some not until the day or even days after.. everyones different.

It helps a lot if you know the exact date you ovulated on. Your fertile window is based on how long sperm live in the body and when glow thinks you're going to ovulate.

If you know the O date, typically 8-10 days after that, if your egg has been fertilized, it will implant and start secreting hcg. 99% of pregnancies are detectable by the time of your missed period (aka 14 days past the day of ovulation).
