Flying first trimester?

I just found out that I am pregnant last week, and have scheduled to fly for a wedding in two weeks. Anyone know if it's ok to fly this early? I'll be about 6 or 7 weeks and the flight is like an hour and a half.

I think it's pretty safe to fly unless your close to term and/or high risk pregnancy

Yes, flying is perfectly fine. Once you start hitting that 30 week mark though is when most airports will require a doctors note stating it's okay to fly.

It depends on your body I wouldn't recommend you to fly during pregnancy its not safe and the air pressure can cause a miscarriage HIGHLY ASK YOUR DOCTOR

I've just comeback from holiday I flew at 6 weeks, I would say get some of the travel sickness bands as that's the only problem I had was feeling totally sick but I used the pressure point therapy and it really helped! Happy holidays :) X
