7wks 1d headache

As soon as I started my 7th week my headache started. I'm on day 2 of a migraine. At its worst points I feel nauseous and light and sound bother me. When it's not that bad it's a constant dull ache that doesn't let up. I know I could take tylenol but I'm holding off for now. Anyone else experiencing this? With my first 2 pregnancies I had no headaches and delivered 2 healthy boys...I'm hoping these headaches mean it's a girl.
