Ttc but have irregular periods

I'm 23 and have been ttc for awhile now. I have irregular periods, sometimes I don't have them for months and then sometimes my period will be regular for 3 or so months, then its back to being irregular. I also have thyroid problems and I take meds for that. Is there anything I can do? If anyone has tips please let me know I really want a BFP
