6 weeks 1 day and my head is throbbing! What is safe to take?

Tylenol is considered safe. Even after reading a lot about side effect and possible defects, these were no conclusive findings that Tylenol will c aide amy problems. I've taken two (x500mg) one night when all my body was aching so much and it was my only solution for not sleeping. They do say not to exceed 28 times throughout the pregnancy, so just keep that in mind. Feel better!
