As a 10 year smoker i can say first hand, i would LOVE for this to be a law!!! I stopped smoking as soon as i got a positive test. Let me tell ya....it is NOT easy! I still want a cigarette every single day (and its been 7 months!) Im scared this craving will never go awat, but i love my baby MORE than i love smoking! I would do anything in this world for her, and i see NOT smoking as such a small step! Its 9 months (if you choose to start again, which im not planning to) 9 months out of your life for the well being of your baby! Not that hard....

As a kid who's parents smoked, I agree with this. Wish it were in affect when I was growing up. Second hand smoke is not cool and there was nothing I could do about it.

This weekend I saw a lady with a baby no more than 2 months old laying on her chest and she was smoking a cigarette!!! The smoke was clearly blowing in the poor baby's face! I wanted to punch her and call the cops.. That is absolute child abuse
