Okay...

So I'm cramping horribly but I'm not having my period I just had it a week ago and I got sick two times yesterday also went to the ER because i never get sick and they said it was the flu and took a test before we left and it was negative. And my nipples are sore just rubbing against my hoodie. So any suggestions on what I should do??
