I did at my schools in Florida. We had the puberty video in 5th grade, went over more anatomy in middle school and then 9th grade was a whole class of anatomy, sex ed and physical education. We learned all about stds and prevention. And watched birthing videos and then some for a year. Of course that didn't stop anybody the years after my class from getting prego their freshman year (purposely too).

We have male, hereto focused "sex" ed that basically consists of "if you have sex, you will get pregnant and die", including lots of photos of genital herpes and other STDs to scare girl (not boys, just girls) into not having sex.

The high school I went to had no Sex Ed. In the elementary school we had a thing called family life ( like sex ed) from 4-7th grade. They showed videos of puberty, STDs and pregnancy. 7th grade I remember we learned about both the male and female anatomy.

In wyoming we do. In 5th it's puberty and a little bit about periods,6th more period than puberty, 7th is sex-ed,8th is more detailed sex-ed,9th is a lot more detailed,and 10th same thing,and in 11 you see " it" and in 12 a girl giving birth? it's weird but

We do, but it's so limited it's essentially useless. Probably the best information you could possibly get out of it in the least shy states about sex is some basics on heterosexual sex, how to put a condom on, a pregnancy video and STD slideshow to scare the girls, a brief mention that homosexual sex is possible (only between two cis men for some reason), many MANY abstinence lectures (that are completely false because you can still get pregnant if you're assaulted and raped, so using it to shame people who take birth control is so bad), and like one worksheet that names parts of the genitals. But there are WAY more states that skip all of that and just do the abstinence lectures and nothing else. So, even though I got absolutely no information that would actually be useful in a sexual relationship with my boyfriend, I still got lucky when it comes to sex ed quality in the U.S.

I never had a sex Ed class. In 4th-6th grade they would split up boys and girls and talking about our changing bodies. I still don't know the talk the guys got but the girls learned about their periods and pads and tampons along with our boobs growing and getting curves and stuff.

In high school everyone had to take a semester of health which I'm assuming was our sex Ed class even though we only spent like one chapter on it. I think. But I know it's cause in Texas they aren't required to teach it at all and it actually doesn't even have to be factual. I'm assuming the schools here that do teach it only teach abstinence only which doesn't work.

I got more sex Ed in my anatomy and physiology class my senior year of high school because my teacher decided to go over everything during the reproductive organ section, which happened to be in prom season lol.

Not really. In elementary school I had a class that lasted half a day that talked about puberty. Besides that, no. I mean, sometimes you would hear the basics about protection and STD's, but nothing very thorough.
