PLEASE HELP ME

I am seventeen years old. So that's why Im freaking out. I am very mature and responsible. When my S/O have sex we use condoms plus pull out after my period and all the way through ovulation until it ends. Once it ends I use the sponge that is caked in spermicide to give him a break from his prison that is a condom. Its worked just fine for months now. But I was supposed to get my period today and it's never late. Even by one day. I didn't get it and it doesn't even feel like Im going to. I usually have bad cramps and back pain by now. My cervix is high and very hard. I tried to look up what that means but Im getting so many mixed answers. Please help me because if this is a sign of early pregnancy.. oh god.

I have terrible anxiety so this is driving me INSANE. But please don't comment unless you are sure of what you are talking about
