Frustrated...

Amanda
So tonight my husband took a 2nd home sperm test since they changed his testosterone dose but unfortunately the result was another negative. His doc recommended we see a local specialist but one of the two appointments will cost $700 and insurance doesn't cover anything related to it. I'm so heartbroken but am trying not to let him see. I don't want him to blame himself or be sad too. He recently mentioned if other options don't fix it, then our son may have to stay an only child BC IVF is too expensive. Our first pregnancy was so easy and we didn't even try for our son but now 4 1/2 yrs later everything's so difficult. On our 9th month of trying and I'm going to be looking into other options such as a less detailed test and once we get those results then we could look into a detailed test with a specialist if needed. Tonight is a rough night.. Just want to cry :(.. This sucks. I'm only 25 and he's 29. And I have literally 20 friends/family/high school classmates who are currently pregnant. And a couple that just had their babies.
