Vacation. Is it too soon??

My baby girl will be 5 months at the end of may. My in laws invited us on a cruise the first week of june. I do breastfeed but I also pump and my baby takes a bottle just fine. But I'm worried about leaving her behind. Is it too soon? Or is she young enough that it won't bother her too much. The cruise is a week long.

I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my baby behind so little :/ take her! I took mine on a trip at 3 months already

We took our daughter on her first cruise at 6mos! We had a stroller and everything. The people were nice and we really enjoyed ourselves. We're taking our new son when he turns 6 mos!

We took our baby on a quick trip to the beach when he was barely three weeks old (and I was still unhappily recovering from a c-section.) Wasnt a big deal at all, we just loaded up plenty of diapers and formula, a few outfits, and his rock n play to sleep in, and everything went great. He's 3 months old now, there's no way I would leave him behind to go somewhere, but I would take him on a cruise with me, sure!

We are going skiing in a couple weeks and our baby girl will be three months and will be coming with us.  I probably will not leave her for a vacation with the hubby till she is over a year old.

Take her if you can! We have a cruise planned for when she's 6 months old. At the last cruise we were on, we met several moms with teeny babies. Apparently 6 months is a perfect age (before they start walking)... And your in laws can watch baby when you indulge in a night of dinner/dancing with your significant other :)

I would bring her.  I cruised when my LO was 6 mos.  she was fine but I had to pump on the cruise and it was awful! My supply dropped a ton!
