Is this normal? TMI photo

I always have this weird chunkyish stuff in my vagina, rarely is it discharge but it is always there. I feel like it is gross and not normal. What could it be and is it okay? It doesnt normally have a nasty smell, rarely it will, im not itchy or anything, and its usually white or yellowish.it is constant and does not go away. Sorry for the pic 😭
